I was interested in buying in this building. Even though it's fairly new, I think it needs a gut reno. I've read the threads about kitchens and baths but this one needs more extensive work. Any ideas? http://tinyurl.com/ly5kzd

The only problem is the camera angle. It's nothing an Elliman photographer couldn't fix with the right lens.
