Discussion about 18 West 48th Street #PHC
Is this too good to be true? I understand that the location doesn't exactly call for a premium, but it looks like a nice building and a very attractive unit. Any thoughts?

Don't know. It's kind of tacky, though, to call a no-terrace apartment a penthouse. People come over thinking "oooh, penthouse C," and all they get is the usual glass-walled high-floor one-bedroom.

Sort of like a PhD who uses the Dr. title and is always having to say "uh, not that kind of doctor."
