I have just been to see this apartment and it is definitely not more than 600 square feet in size. The realtors make no bones about the fact that it is in terrible condition, but you also should know that there is no real kitchen; there is a small room about 4 - 5 ft in width with cabinets and a sink but no refridgerator. The door between the living and sleeping areas was stuck shut and the agent had to throw his whole weight against it to knock it open, resulting in a large cracking sound from the frame.
