Curious if there are any banks lending at the latest Richard Meier condo building in Brooklyn by Prospect Park. I am considering buying in this building. Thanks M

There are an number of local community banks that have closed loans in the building. The mosst actice recently has been Home Owners Mortgage-express Co (New Jersey based. He can be reached at 646-421-2246 or rolan@home-mortgage-express.com. web page NYCbankloans.com As a result of the property being close to 50% sold out the pool of lenders is increasing

ACRIS is a great resources for looking up banks providing lending, rates and terms.
