Does anyone have any info about this building? Has it got a good reputation, or not? I have seen several apartments here, and I am considering two of them. But there currently seem to be so many for sale. Mass exodus? Something wrong or on its way? Any advice or information would be of help and greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Seven apts for sale in a 185-apt building isn't many, so that aspect shouldn't worry you.

It is a nice building. A friend of mine lives there and has no problems.
