Discussion about Richard Meier on Prospect Park at 1 Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights
Curious if there are any banks lending at the Richard Meier condo building in Brooklyn by Prospect Park. I am considering buying in this building. Thanks M

Snazzy building.

Drop the prices by about 60% and it might be worth it for that neighborhood.

The Developer has a relationship with a lender, and it's built into the contract that you'll borrow from this lender. Other banks probably won't lend on this building until the % sold is greater.
