Studios in Midtown East or Murray Hill with Doorman and Gym

Discussion about
Do studio rentals with a doorman and gym exist in Midtown East or Murray Hill for below $1900 (but not in Tudor City)? The luxury high-rise rental buildings seem to be over $2200. I see a few listings on this site, but they've been listed for weeks, so they don't seem accurate. Please let me know if I'm being realistic here. Thanks.

Seems cheaper to get an apartment you like and a separate gym membership.

dd I dont know if this is still available, but the building seems nice (my pediatrician and dentist have offices here)

Under 2k seems realistic for the area. In this market you should be able to find something and negotiate a price for your budget.
