What is up with the Verde building? 125 West 22nd

Does anyone have any info on this building? I am a first time buyer. I called the sales office but the phone just rings and rings. When did it open? What kinda price cuts did people get? How can 13 really be in contract at the same time? If thats true, they must be slashing prices significantly...?

Although Manhattan will hold up, these glorified buildings in Chelsea type areas will do the worst. Their buyers aren't built for long-term New York and also don't know how to spot good solid value.
