Sale at 19 Bailey Rd

If I remember correctly, I saw this house back in 2003 when it was listed for $499K. It was renovated and cute, but oh so tiny. I remember feeling two things when I saw this place- 1) I could hear the constant drone of Rte. 39 continuously. 2) This tiny little shack abutting all of those grand estates made me feel like it was a mere carriage house intended for the hired help; it was seriously depressing, especially since there weren't really any neighbors across the street- all you could see were hedgerows lining the back yards of the wealthy, almost as if you were being snubbed. Admittedly, the location is just incredible, but there's something to be said about being constantly reminded about your limited means.

There are plenty of bargains to be had north of the highway- I would personally rather get a "real" house than this one.

OMG, maybe a mouse could live there. NO chance this sells for 500k.

I might buy it for $300,000

I mean, if it were priced at $300,000 I would consider it.
