Discussion about
Great reserve funds and well run finances (look on their website at http://www.naborsapts.org/node/80) which probably add almost $10k in value per unit. They installed new windows and A/C's without an assessment or increase in maintenance (also a nice add to value). Nice street presence too.

A well-done website, too, in both form and content. Note the financials online: nothing to hide.
