Anyone see this place yet? Looks great.. any comments? Good low maintenance fees and the place looks great.. 2nd bedroom not really a second bedroom, but could work to some degree.

I saw it. Great vibe. Great and clean outdoor space is #1 asset. Its not so great that you can overlook the low ceiling in lower master and it's open stairway to the LR. 2nd BR is more of an office space. May work as an occasional guest BR. The owners are nice, we liked you guys when we met you hanging outside on the steps at the open house ; )
