Can anyone reccomend someone to do quality crown / base molding installations? I'm also looking for a quality painter. (3 rooms)

This is not a good way to get contractor recommendations. Some will be legit, some will be the contractors posting and recommending themselves, and all will be impossible to vet. I recommend talking to your super, other tenants in your building who have recently renovated, friends who have recently used contractors, etc. "Cold calling" is a bad way to start this type of project.

get ab_11218 to do it. It will be perfect and he'll do it very cheaply.

We are using Roger Bailey and are just thrilled by how our molding/paint looks ... though the pricing is not as bottom-of-the-barrel as some SErs seem to think it should be, it's great work.
