I could do better in a prime Manhattan neighborhood for the same price!

any more thoughts on this place? prices are off ~25% from peak... i'm sure there's still room to go here, any opinions on how much? new to the boards, looking at park slope and this seemed interesting. doesn't look like any or many units have sold yet, so any i nsight on status of building would be helpful also.
