Are co-op owners really still asking $1k per sq foot? I know this has a view and deserves a bit more for the balcony but still, $1k per sq foot? Anyone seen this one yet in person?

This is in a good location, on a high floor with southern and western views, with 2 real BR's and 1.5 BA's with reasonable maintenance. I am confident there are many apartments that are egregiously overpriced, but this is actually a pretty nice apartment.

$1000/sf is not some number that fits every apartment in NYC.

actually pretty good ppsf for manhattan. did you know that the manhattan re market is the only one that the ppsf goes up the larger the apartment. regardless of amenities condition etc. it's a phenomenon only seen here.
