Financing Fifteen Mad Square

Discussion about Fifteen Madison Square North at 15 East 26th Street in NoMad
I'd heard that the fact that this building has both commercial and residential components created some financing issues. Does that present a challenge, or are there other financing issues? (besides getting jumbo loans in this market! :))

Banks need to rethink why this is a prime area worthy of high prices.

OnMad, I had no issues with financing, in fact I got what I considered a below market rate.
