Oculus and the Alchemy properties are generally lower quality in finishes than other new developments. 100 West 18th is a crappy 6th avenue intersection. Chelsea House is the best of the bunch. Right now a bunch are being sold because apartments bought by parents for their children are finding themselves in over their heads.

I saw a unit at 100west 18th that was set into 18th st.,one of the back units and was about 1/3 down on 18th st.The finishes seemed very good as well as the layout.Chelsea house still was high, over 1000psf.I agree about the Oculus, poor layouts as well

As in, "Gotta bounce," or "When the spot got hot with po-po, we bounced hard."
