Discussion about
does anybody here know whether any county in CT and NJ have a similar online register information system (like nyc's ACRIS)?
Not off-hand. For NJ, google to find the county's main site, then dig around for county clerk, public records, assessor, or GIS (which is often linked to parcel/owner info.)
CT's counties have no government, so you have to do the same digging at town level. Some town may band together for those kinds of services.
thanks NWT!
here's the NJ site:
http://tax1.co.monmouth.nj.us/cgi-bin/prc6.cgi?menu=index&ms_user=monm&passwd=data&district=1301&mode=11
CT is not my area of exertise, so I don't know if they have a site.
thank you presi!
for NJ, you can do a comparables search in propertyshark.com. they get stuff from ACRIS and the likes in NJ.

i know the address only, not hte lot/block. is there a way to retrieve those having the address? (i know how to do it in acris, but not in this database :-(
you don't need the lot or block. Just select your county. Then select the town. Then type in the address.
the address would go in the location box.
