Wow! Real estate is MAGIC! The worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, and sellers are making 14% in 7 months! http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/414763-condo-450-west-17th-street-chelsea-new-york $1.325 million. bought for: 450 WEST 17 STREET, 12/12/2008 $1,160,805 Or did they just pick a price to break even at, after vastly overpaying for living in the projects?

People think this development is luxury because it has an Equinox in it and a stairway to the Hi Line that just opened up.

splaken, the only safe way out of the building at night is via the High Line.

I like that the last photo in the listing is of those two sultry, sweaty Equinox icons -- not the gym, but the models.
