We mentioned to the broker that we had one cat, and he seemed to think that was a deal-breaker. Wow--they really don't want to sell with that policy, do they? What is this?

Is their policy no pets, or just no dogs? or only 1 or 2 cats? Did they outline this information when you looked at it? (Sorry, but somehow not seeing the original thread this refers to -- my questions could be redundant)
