Discussion about 28 Old Fulton Street #3C
How is this a 3 bedroom? I'm not commenting on the price or the apartment just the listing agents ability to ignore rules and fair practices? Aren't there rules??? Aren't state licences involved?

In the Corcoran listing it's 2.5 bedrooms. I guess SE rounded up to 3.

That interior room labelled "nursery" is so baby can experience the joys of early-19th-century tenement life. Before a window was required in a bedroom.

btw, this is the eagle warehouse. Even the rooms with windows barely have windows. Narrow windows through thick walls, and very few of them. Very, very poor light.

So windowless isn't much worse...
