People,People,People. Fortress first, then Blackstone, possibly Apollo then all the rest of the hedgies going IPO are going to bring a huge amount of liquidity into the high end of NYC and Fairfield, CT markets over the next few years. What do people do when they get millions opon millions of found money? They buy stuff.
