This is a great apartment. But it, like most units is priced way too high. Given that it was bought for $895,000.00 in May 2006. A 20% down from peak price should be around $720,000.00

hey, in the 90's they were going for a buck and a quarter. If you want to play the percentage game, if it was bought for %$895,000 in May 2006 than it should have been close to $1.2 million at the peak and it's already about 1/3 down.
