This is very odd; looks like the very same apartment listed by 3 different brokers at 3 different prices?!

Is it possible that they're just using stock images and that multiple apartments in the building are being put on the market at once? We just looked at a 2bedroom walkup at 109th btw amsterdam and columbus which is 800sq. ft. And I thought that was overpriced at 475K. I guess these ones are bigger.
