Lincoln Towers sells parking spots, but it's a co-op. any other ideas & prices below 96th?

I think Hardenbrook House @ 404 East 66 has some separately deeded spots. But I think they pay cc/taxes on them.

A co-op on fifth ave and 116th sells spots for 30K so you can assume it will be much higher than that.

LC Towers not necessarily worth it.
It's outdoors, AND you still pay maintenance. YOu're better off just renting the spot out.
