New Towers at 10th Ave & W 37th St?

455 West 37th Street is the place. By Rockrose, I believe. I looked at the places on Sunday. Said they were 83% full. Some nice apartments, but a bit cramped. Views nice, though, in many of the apartments. No W/D in units and not much closet space. But still worth checking out. Careful when you talk to rental agents. They ask for a price range and then only show you stuff at the high end, saying that other stuff that's advertised on NYT and SE are already gone. Agent said they had a gym and roof deck, but rushed me through the showing and forgot to show those spaces. Lots of young people moving in. Doorman seems quite nice and accommodating. Garage on premises. Still an option. BTW, the tower on the west side is still a work in progress. East side: ready to go, it seems.
