Discussion about 224 West 18th Street #10A
This traded at $2.9mm at the end of 2003. What do you guys think is a reasonable price at the present time. They are asking $4.3mm which is around 50% premium from the purchase price.

I guess I don't "get it". Does it really matter what was paid for the apartment 6 years ago or 6 minutes ago. The apartment is worth what it is now. If the guy paid $6mm for it, would that mean that he can ask over its value because he paid too much? Get real!
