The vast majority of cancer rates are higher in Manhattan than in Greenpoint or LIC! Even Chelsea has higher rates in most cancer categories. has the population in LIC ever been high enough for cancer incidences to be statistically significant?

Maybe the people of Greenpoint and LIC don't have health insurance and are never diagnosed.
