looks like people are trying to bail out of this building but can't. 23 active sales listings. with these common charges, these are going to marinate for a while. even at $800/sq ft no one is biting with common charges over $2.25/sq ft.

I looked at two apts in this building...the maintenance is high and there is an open ended assessment. The selling brokers couldn't provide much insight...I passed.

Condop. Low ceilings. Crappy hallways. Typical 80s. Decent amenities but oh that carry cost!

And it's hitting that age when big repairs need to get made...

never seen the inside. i grew up around the corner and remember when they were building it. i love the location, but have never been inside. would have considered it if carrying costs weren't completely insane.

I may be remembering incorrectly, but I think they couldn't sell out originally and ended up auctioning off a bunch of the remaining sponsor units.
