Looking for a decently sized 3 to 4 bedroom in Morningside Heights (around columbia and barnard). Any ideas in terms of price range I should expect, and some buildings that have availability? Thanks in advance.

Reasonable means different things to different people. To some reasonable 3brs are $2.5 million...

Why don't you do a few searches here and on NYTimes to get a feel for the neighborhood price ranges and available properties.

The prices are not that much lower there then on the UWS proper. I think the range is from 4.5K (non renovated) and up. 6K for nice & renovated place

There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath co-op in Morningside Gardens for sale listed at $749,00 (non-renovated). It's about two blocks north of Teachers College and a few blocks from Columbia and Barnard). The address is 501 West 123rd Street.
