Hello. Can I put my own house for sale by the owner it was on MLS with a real estate where I work and still do for 1 year and I still did not sell. Maybe I can sell now by the owner. I am a real estate agent. But I must sell it ASAP. I just want to try maybe it will work. As you know the real estate matket is totally DEAD. There are so many houses for sale. I have a lovely house in a very good and best area Mill basin Brooklyn NY and I dropped the price from $800000.000 to $649000.000 and still can not sell it. It is corner brick waterveiew semidetached 1 family 3 large bedrooms mint condition it is a must see house too much to mention all details. Very modern near bus,school,shops,shuls & etc.

Please respond to me ASAP. I really tryed everything possible and impossible and nothing happened for 1 year since I sign the contract and now it was expired so I desided to do this. I just MUST do this ASAP. It is very urgent and very important to me. And also at the same time I wll be having an open listing, so if other real estates have buyers for my house I will be working with them also. NO PROBLEM!!! So please help me in my situation. Thank you Sofia owner and the real estate agent also. To be on the market for more then 1 year with a great and best price ever and in the best area location and a really lovely house.......
