coop sale prices

Discussion about
any way to tell what a coop sold for? no link to a prior sale on streeteasy. also, i've been to acris but only found the mortgage document (the guy apparently paid in cash so help there)

If a pre-2004 co-op sale, the number's not on ACRIS.

Cash or mortgage, doesn't matter. The city doesn't care where the buyer came up with the money. If it's 2004 or later, it'll be on ACRIS. Pre-2004, though, all you'll see are the UCCx's, if any.
