Interesting that a Bond NY broker has the same listing, posted in NY Times 14 days after the "legit" Elliman listing. And is listing it for $30K more! http://realestate.nytimes.com/sales/detail/343-421-56199 http://www.bondnewyork.com/nyc_apartment_listing_56199.htm?page=details&id=56199 Argh!
