If you are shopping for a 2/2 coop in prime UWS for under $1M, out of the total Manhattan inventory of 10000+ units, you will have 17 units to chose from ( 2 of which have been on the market for over a year). Of those that have gone into contract about half did so within 2 months of being listed. The numbers below show percent of active inventory in contract. Total inventory is in brackets.
