UWS Open houses 7/12

Anyone have a chance to see these places - could not make it myself, but interested in any reviews.

Starfish: Quite a contrast between those properties. 285 is an established coop. 905 is a condo conversion-in-progress. I've seen the "4" line at 905 WEA. IIRC, the layout and renovations are fine (if bland), but the light and views on low-to-medium floors are pretty terrible. High floors would be a different story. I haven't seen the active listing at 285 RSD. I like the building, and was there recently to see the listing that just went to contract. The biggest attraction at 285 is the view, so a non-river-view apartment should be priced in line with WEA.
