Discussion about Barbizon/63 at 140 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill

(Discussion created about Barbizon/63) The Times has an article on the Barbizon which says that they are keeping several rent-controlled tenants in the building for $113 to $424 a month! How noisy is the barizon/63 facing lex?
Any other info on the building welcomed. Looking to buy a unit, but concerned about the busy lex & 63rd corner.
