It's an excellent building, which is run by an exceptional live-in super and the doormen are top notch. The building is maintained perfectly. The prices are also at an all time low, so if you have decent financials and can afford 34% cash down, now is the time to buy. The carring charges here are extremely high. Were ther major repairs done to the building? What is the explanation for the high carrying charges?
