#8, I would not argue as to the extrememly sexy latin women in Miami, However we have plenty of them up in New York. As to New York women "typically" having small breasts, thats just a stupid comment. I've slept with and/or known (i.e. wanted to sleep with but never have/did) many large breasted girls here. If you mean surgically enhanced, then yeah the Miami chicks probably do that more often but there is NOTHING like real large breasts. NOTHING. Now, to the point---Jefferson is not "ocean front" -- its at least five blocks just to get to Collins Ave. Although I don't think its a necessarily bad location overall. And personally, I prefer brunettes.
