Discussion about Adelphi Street

In truth it has been lowered after being raised two days earlier to a price higher than the original list price two months ago. But this is like those new Ally Bank commercials. "Even kids know its wrong...."

How about this one.
They posted an additional listing as apt 4-B, the current one is 4B. It now shows as a new listing, been on the market for a year now.

excellent point. The crap those guys must have gotten away with.

Of course, there are still tons of folks who don't research, and who eat the BS up, so I'm sure there is still plenty of it...
