Anyone know, or at least have estimates on how many apartments get rented in NYC in 2008, 2007, 2006?

Any idea how many of these are "fee" and "No Fee', while we are at it...

well, count the number of apartment rentals. I feel like I've heard 2 million, and one million stabilized.

You get a lease on probably 95% of 'em. Some 1s, some 2s. Lets say average of 25% are twos. That gives you about 1.67 million leases on 2 million apartments.

Get slight more accurate numbers, and you have your answer.
