We just moved and trying to navigate through what's available. Manhattan Kids Club on 13th and 5th has a waiting list until 2011, and so far we can't identify any real alternatives…

I suggest asking your question on Urban Baby www.urbanbaby.com. The women there can be brutal sometimes but with a simple request like this you'll probably get some good answers.
