I am debating whether or not to stay in a 1 Bedroom in the Yorkville area. The building is not in great shape and the apt features are pretty old. It is around East End Ave and close to Carl Schurz Park, but far from the subway. I am just curious if you know or what you would pay for a 1Br in this area and condition. Cheers,
