lol I put Wonderboy on ignore after reading his 1st worthless Yawn post and Alpie I put on Ignore as both himself and his 'new title' The_President. I just don't have the time to waste on reading posts by people who bring nothing to the board.

wonderboy, don't think people are interested in you at all, it's just that you are everywhere, posting your quazillion "yawn"s and people just can't go around you. You remind me of my broker last year - brings back bad memories, man. She added to the pressure of buying (which I thankfully didn't) repeatedly saying the real estate market in manhattan will never go down, and the 5% discount the seller were giving were a great deal. ha! (it has since done down by 20%) But I dropped her right away after realizing she only had her own interest at heart, to use my money to pay her mortgages. I'm in search again this year/next year for an apt, but I know I won't contact her again. But I guess you really can't expect better from brokers other then to look out for themselves on the expense of buyers.
