this is hilarious. kind of like when stan o'neal said we have no exposure to toxic assets. ha, ha.

Hey, this is the chief global equity strategist talking.
Give the guy some credit for sticking his neck out. If he's wrong, you can flame away. I thought you would had learned a thing or 2 about calling people out before seeing the results. Let's be open minded and give him some time.

Just like Dick Bove called banks a "Generational Low" at the end of 2008....yet he is still out there flapping his gums to the point that CNBC.com even makes fun of him (classic Faber)...

And yet he still has a job because there is no accountability with these guys....

Oh, if it were only true. Hard times ahead. . .especially for NYC real estate which will sink to record lows. But we will bounce back around 2013.
