Have you? I haven't. They're out of our range, but besides that I think for location / market -- they are overpriced.

have not looked at this apt bc they're above my price range. They look very nice, and the common charges are very low i guess bc there's no doorman.
For some reason I had trouble with the pics on the brokers website. Why is there no floor plan? Is that a shared terrace which is just divided by a banister? I'm not a big fan of that. I couldn't tell you what the point of 2 gas fireplaces is.

Is this a new building? It may difficult for people to get mortgages for those prices.

I would say 600K would be more appropriate but if they just went on the market you won't get that for at least a few months. But I am not an expert.
