With most apartments selling for 70-80% of their peak sale prices and selling costs in Manhattan averaging 3-9% of the transaction value, you may find yourself underwater or without equity. If you purchased or cashed out (refinanced) a condo apartment in Manhattan in the past few years and are in the unfortunate situation of having to move, and can not... [more]

Hey lady, you, lady, cursin' at your life
You're a discontented mother and a regimented wife
I've no doubt you dream about the things you never do
But I wish someone had a talk to me like I wanna talk to you

Still have a hard time figuring out if you want to talk. A/way I think you are a broker so I guess there is nothing in it in this deal for you, or is there?

Took the hand of a preacherman and we made love in the sun
But I ran out of places and friendly faces because I had to be free

"I've been to Georgia and California, oh, anywhere I could run"

Ir10021: I think Alan is saying he's interested in foreclosures in Georgia & California (or anywhere he can run), but, no meth houses, pleez.

"I have been performing such transactions for years and have the contacts.."

Did you mean to say: 'I have been performing such scams for years and have the contacts...'

dwell - don't underestimate the benefits of a quality meth lab/apartment.

1. you can work from home, so no commuting!
2. you can run your own business and be your own boss!
3. you can meets lots of interested (and tweaking) people!
4. you can deduct the business expenses from your taxes!

Waverly,

yer rite. I can be so short sighted, narrow minded.

IR10021: Do you have any foreclosed meth labs? Size 7? I'm thinking a pump or a wedge?

"Forget the scam artists and novices. Respond today with your contact information and I will be in touch."

So then I guess people should NOT respond to you as your post has every characteristic of a scam. I was actually thinking of contacting you, but I just got an e-mail from a Nigerian prince. He said that if I send him $10,000 to pay bank fees, he will send me $10 million! And once I get that money, I will never be foreclosed on!

haha you're all too much. and here I got excited when I saw 20 respondents.

interesting to think you guys all think this is a scam.
i guess someone who owes $750,000 on a house that is worth $750,000 can't do a simple deed transfer and assume a non-performing (or soon to be non-performing) loan with bank approval. oh of course, manhattan is special! I forgot.

Hey, you know what paradise is? It's a lie
A fantasy we create about people and places as we'd like them to be

alanhart, this fantasy involves three attorneys (seller, purchaser, and bank), closing costs paid, a lender's agreement of sale and assumption, and oh yes...another small item which I forgot to mention: a relationship with the bank of which I have many. Banks need deposits and relationships at this point in time, I have always made both available.

this is not a get rich quick fantasy deal. if that is what it was it is simpler to just wait for the flood of foreclosures, what's the matter? haven't seen it all but thought you did? by the way is this you? http://alanhartdiary.blogspot.com/

But you know what truth is?
It's that little baby you're holding, and it's that man you fought with this morning
The same one you're going to make love with tonight. That's truth, that's love

lr10021, you're supposed to sum up your original spam by replying:
