Take a good look here. (see link below) A lot of reviews to comb through, but they'll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. I had some friends who lived here from about 2004-2007 who were happy with it (they had a high floor with a good view, but the new Silver Towers may lessen the number of units that offer that), and a terrace, and those amenities seemed to be what sold them.
My friends also had a pet, and were able to arrange for doormen/handymen to look after their pet when they were away, which also seemed invaluable to them.
