be sure to require proof of termite abatement in basement beams and stairs and have a qualified engineer inspect repairs to joists and beams in basement.

As the owner of this apartment, I would like to comment on the above posting. I agree that any prospective buyers should have an inspection. However, I believe that the above posting is from a prevoius potential buyer. After this potential buyer's inspection, our co-op responded immediately and had three independent sources assess the situation.

117_1st, ceiling seems a bit low in the photos on the listing - can you offer any insight there? Location is obviously great here.
