They reduced our rent by 11% and we decided to stick it out for another year (at most) until we reconsider buying. People keep telling me about a "60 day out clause" that I should have added to our lease. Glenwood refused. Is this a big deal to not have??

in the past if you can find your own tenant to take over your lease they will not impose a penalty, I got a Glenwood apt that way a couple of years ago
