They've got to be kidding with this price. > $1000/sq.ft to have some awesome north and west views of interior courtyards? And are people still buying properties based on renderings?

there is a 2 bedroom resale on the market there now. sold for $1.7 million last year and is now on the market for $1.395. and probably won't get near that price. quite a haircut in a year but if the apt can capture close to 1.3 (iffy) it would be another example of a near 25% drop this year.
