8 if you make under $75,000 a year...

they are trying to increase to 15 and do away with income restrictions....

To put it mildly, if you qualify for the home buyer tax credit, then you likely can't afford to buy in Manhattan.

Haha....my 1st apartment in the WV had a sink so small in a really narrow bathroom that you literally had to cup your hands under the faucet and fling it at your head to clean your face. Ahhh...memories.
